You know, I wish my brain wouldn't connect "dots" where it's not appropriate. I think the Wedding Celebration Pony is lovely. It's fuzzy and looks gentle somehow.
And you'll have never seen a pony swing a cart around as quickly as this one can when you randomly change your walking direction!

But Loud Noises!
The British Horse Society says:
Their instincts will assume that unexpected noises are a predator and a threat so they will flee first and check later... Horses can become difficult to handle in conditions where there is a continuous level of noise because it may mask other sounds that could be a threat.
And you've tethered a continuously-firing cart of fireworks behind it. I guess if it has been trained to know that the fireworks are not "unexpected noises" then... alright. I'm sure the Rohirrim would see that as valid use of a trainer's time.
But I still can't help but like it. Bah.
