Sky of a Perfect Day Kite Pet Description

I almost ended up putting this into Farmers Faire because of the Flying High quest! But this kite is, in fact, a LOTRO Anniversary Event pet.
It might not be Summer yet, but you can still enjoy it a little bit early, can't you?
