Mount Description
Just when you think you've documented all the current Yule Festival mounts, up pops one you weren't expecting: the Yule Hobby-horse! And it isn't the only mount of its type you can get during the Winter season.
How to Get the Yule Hobby-horse
You can obtain this pretty wooden mount through Silver Hobbit Presents. That means both Free-to-Play and LOTRO VIP members have a chance to get it.
Just make sure you log into the game and pick up your daily Silver gift.
Other Hobby Mounts
There are two others in-game that I am aware of:
TLDR: This has a chance to drop in Gold Hobbit Presents during Yule Festival.
Hobby-horse
You can acquire this through a daily Sack of Presents at Yule Festival, or for Figments of Splendour 
from the Curator.
