The 2021 Spring Festival introduced a new Seasonal Instance called Bees Big Business with Grimbeorn. With it came various honey-related rewards, one of which was the Honey Goat.
How to Get the Honey Goat
As it relates to Seasonal Instances
, you have to trade Festivity Tokens 
for it and not Spring Leaves 
. On the plus side, if you have Festivity Tokens left over from other LOTRO Events then you can use them to acquire this mount.
