How Does the Trophy-Hunter Deed Work?
If you have done the Trophy-Hunter of Swanfleet Deed, then the Cardolan one works exactly the same.
Have fun tracking them down! 
This opens up the new quest dialog. You will also receive an in-game notification about the quest item. 
The relevant NPC in Cardolan is Gaerion, who is in Areas, Not Locations
While I have tried to be as accurate as possible with the deed maps for Trophy-hunter of Cardolan, the dots are still approximate. This is because the targets are wandering. They tend to stay within a certain radius, though, which is why I’ve put such large map markers in.
Trophy-Hunter of Cardolan Targets
Tarangarn
Location Map
Tarangarn is an Aurochs Bull of sorts. The field he is in also contains bulls and cows of the same type as him. Thankfully, with this kind of quest/deed, LOTRO usually makes your target bigger. And that is true of Tarangarn.
He can be found roughly South-East of Gaervarad.
If you have Tailor Crafting, this location is one of a few for picking up sturdy hides.

Turch is a large boar that inhabits the ruins in the very East of Cardolan. I have yet to find a quest that brings you out here. But he can be found not far from Everstead.

There are freaky barrow-wanderers, then there’s the freakiest one – Withergrip. This bodiless arm seems to have a life of its own (even if it’s animated by an evil spirit).

I almost-literally stumbled upon Skrizug, a goblin who was just scraping around the floor. I got distracted by him because LOTRO have made him really detailed and not just an out-of-the-box scale up of other goblins.
I think this is the only target for Trophy-hunter of Cardolan that does not wander. Or, if he does, I didn’t see it. For me, he was just North-West of Scurloc Farm, a bit off the main road that runs to Hove Farm.

Crúgaul
Crúgal took me forever to find! I had already used a few Tomes of Tracking, then I brought in Caethir (Hunter) by dualboxing. It led to a “mini-fic” on !
What I think happened was the Láthbear had not yet respawned from having recently been defeated. If that is true, then the respawn timer is about an hour long.
Where is Crúgaul?
You should be able to find it in the northern part of the Southern Old Forest, in the area West of Sarch Vorn. I found it around 37.6S, 52.9W.

Borhashat

Sedgemead is a huge area in Cardolan, but it is in this part of the map that you’ll find the Orc Borhashat.
As with many of your targets, he is just wandering around. He might be a Trophy-hunter of Cardolan target, but if you ask me, he’s just shirking his duties elsewhere! Not that anyone’s asking me…oh well!

Agerbráth
A few quests bring you to Nettinglade, a spider-infested part of the Southern Old Forest. It is here you’ll find Agerbráth, a huge spider-matron, walking around a concentration of webs.

Penthúl
Again, it was pure chance that I first encountered Penthúl while just doing normal quests in Cardolan. Since then I keep hearing “pencil” but with a lisp. My brain is weird.
But not as weird as a Wight wearing fake wings. I mean, at least you can see Penthúl from quite a ways away! I am also pretty sure it loses an arm part way through the battle with it too.
It can be found in the South-West of Tyrn Gorthad.

Drugodech
Location Map
Our final Trophy-hunter of Cardolan Deed target is Drugodech, who is a larger-than-average wolf.
You hack off its paw to take back to Gaerion. “Happy Birthday, Ranger!”.
Drugodech can be found wandering in roughly a circle on the higher hills of Ruddymore. He is just South-West of Wylvenclove.

Suggested Order
The order of the deed is not efficient, especially if you’re trying to clear it in one run. Here’s a suggested route, which starts at the Andrath Stable-master near to Sarch Vorn.

Many of the exploration-type deeds in Cardolan, and indeed Swanfleet, take you to far-flung edges of the map. I think this is by design as some targets may not even be near quest objectives. So, remember to enjoy the journey and take in the regions LOTRO have built in Before the Shadow.
