The next addition to my LOTRO Event Cosmetics Database is short and sweet! This is for the LOTRO Ill Omens Skirmish Event, which mostly features cosmetic pets and portents as event rewards.
Outfit cosmetics are just a cloak – both hooded and unhooded, so I’ve included a shot of the front of the hood in this case. Hope this helps.
