LOTRO Curator Cosmetics, Weapons, Mounts & More

The LOTRO Curator is a special Figments of Splendour Vendor in Bree (and a few other locations). Originally she did not have a set schedule, but that just led to people asking “When’s the Curator coming back?” over and over! So now she does have her arrivals pre-scheduled.

So, we have a lot to cover here, so let’s dive in.

What Does the Curator Sell?

You can exchange Figments of Splendour for a huge array of cosmetics items including: outfits, pets, mounts, war-steed cosmetics and cosmetic weaponry. She also sells some decorations you can only buy from her.

The other thing to note about the Curator in LOTRO is that she sells previous stock from the other rotating Figments of Splendour vendors. So, if you are confused that something you were saving for on the other vendors no longer exists, just wait for the Curator to return.

When Is the Curator in LOTRO?

• 24th April – 4th May 2026
• 27th August – 8th September 2026
• 18th December 2026 – 1st January 2027

The LOTRO Events Schedule does not specify a start/end time. But, I think it happens around the normal daily reset. If you make sure you redeem your Figments a day or two before she packs up her shop, you’ll be fine!

Where Is the Curator in LOTRO?

• Bree: by the Boar Fountain
• Moria: in the Twenty-First Hall
• Dunland: in Galtrev (as if you had to guess this one!)
• Ered Mithrin: Skarháld

There are a total of 16 sets you can buy with Figments of Splendour from the LOTRO Curator, plus a few cloaks that are not from a set.

For… “reasons” I guess, there are no Boots of the Heartwood. However, the Elegant Riding Boots, from the Curator complement this set – and don’t clip.

Other Curator Cloaks

It is worth noting here, before you spend your hard-earned Figments of Splendour, that the Cloaks of the
Wanderer and the Hooded Cloak of Roäc are not dyable. So don’t get the unhooded Wise Wanderer cloak because you want to dye it black. Hope this helps!

Cosmetic Weapons

The Curator has a set of very ornate weapons and shields to use as cosmetic weapons for your outfits. Well the axe isn’t that ornate, but the rest are. I use the Replica of Elor on my Guardian when she chooses to hack with a 2-handed sword rather than “Sword and Board”.

There are fair few war-steed outfits available from the Curator. I have screenshots of most of them now, but it’ll take me time to get them all in! Here are the ones I’ve managed so far:
