An alternative to the Sea-side Bow Headwrap is the Sea-side Sun Hat.
Sea-side Sun Hat Description
If you ignore the requirement LOTRO has for "hat hair", it is simple and stylish. It's woven in a similar way to the Sea-side Tote, has a simple blue ribbon above the rim and a few feathers from some unfortunate bird stuffed on one side.
The bird may have dropped them, of course. But as the local vendors seem to sell unlimited numbers of these hats, this claim may be disputed!
As hats go, I rather like it. But I suspect my male Hobbit will be more likely to wear it. Glinmaethor has too much hair to be able to hide it in there!
Rimmed Hats and Shadows
To take these shots I had to turn off Dynamic Shadows. On my machine at least, rimmed hats can lead to jagged lines across my face when I have Dynamic Shadows on. If you have a workaround, I'd love to try and fix it.
And no, I've tried various ways of adding anti-aliasing. It's not that.
Dying the Sea-side Sun Hat
If you're hoping to dye the larger area of the hat, you'll be disappointed. However, the band does dye. And, I suspect, that's actually good enough for any outfits that include this headwear item:
