I don't think I can even claim "no boars were hurt in the making of this cosmetic" with this one! The Cloak of the Boar appears to made of fur and tusks. But for such an old cosmetic, I think it looks really good.
As with a few of the other older Fall Festival Cosmetics, this one may "drop" from the "Poorly-Hidden Chest" in the Haunted Burrow.
