What could be more wintry than wearing a snowball-juggling snowman on your back? Not literally, of course. That would be weird - and cold. But that's what the Battle at Frostbluff Cloak depicts - along with a huge mound of snowballs ready to be flung at you. Or at anyone staring at your back.
Overtired "thoughts" aside, this fun Yule Festival cloak is available for 10× 
Festivity Tokens. These can be earned at various LOTRO Events, but during Wintertide, you can rack them up doing the Battle at Frostbluff instance.

I hadn't thought to see if it dyed, because I think it looks great as-is. Feel free to let me know, if you manage it before I have a chance to see for myself!

I was all ready to say that there was not, in fact a hooded version. I don't have it, or a picture of it. But LOTRO-Wiki
does say it exists, so check it out over there if you're interested.
